Manage your Corkles
Find, rename, refresh, archive and delete Corkles from your dashboard.
Updated 31 October 2026 · 2 minute read
Your dashboard, Corkles in the left-hand menu, shows every Corkle you've made. At the top you can see how many clients, Corkles and open notes you have.
What each card shows
- A picture of the page. For web pages we take it in the background a few seconds after you make the Corkle. Each orange dot is an open note.
- How many notes are open, or All done when everything's been dealt with. PDFs also show how many pages they have.
- How many people are on it, and when it was last updated.
Click a card to open the Corkle.
The card menu
Open the menu on a card (the 3 dots) for these options:
- Rename: change the name your guests see, then choose Save.
- Copy share link: copy the link to send to your client.
- Refresh thumbnail: web pages only. Takes a new picture of the page, for example after the site has changed. The card shimmers for a few seconds, then shows the new picture.
- Download PDF: PDF Corkles only. Downloads the original file.
- Move to client: put it in a client's group. See Group your Corkles by client.
- Archive: tuck it away when the job's done.
- Delete: remove it for good.
Archive a Corkle
Archiving keeps everything, including the notes, but takes the Corkle off your main list. Once you've archived something, choose Archived at the top of your dashboard to see it, and All to go back. To bring it back, open its menu and choose Unarchive.
Delete a Corkle
Choose Delete, then Delete permanently, or Keep it if you change your mind.
Free trial limits
During the free trial you can make up to 3 Corkles. The dashed Start a new Corkle tile shows how many you have left. When you've used them all, Corkle offers Continue to checkout so you can carry on.
