Share a Corkle with your client

Your clients never need an account or a password. You send them a link, they type their name and email, and they can start leaving notes.

Copy the share link

• On a computer, open the Corkle and choose Share. The link is copied, ready to paste into an email or message.
• On your Corkles page, open the menu on the Corkle's card (the 3 dots) and choose Copy share link. This works on a phone too.

What your client sees

When your client opens the link, they type their First name and Email, and can add a photo if they like. Then they choose Start reviewing. It takes about 10 seconds.

Your client can pin and circle notes, reply, and mark notes completed, just like you.

Emails about new notes

When someone adds a note, replies or marks a note completed, we gather the changes for about 10 minutes and send you one email with a View the note button. Your guests only get emails about their own notes.

You can choose which emails you get in Settings, under Emails from Corkle.

Manage who has access

Choose the faces at the top of the Corkle to open People on this Corkle. From there you can:

• Copy link
• Disable link to stop anyone opening it, and Enable link to turn it back on
• Make a new link if the old one went to the wrong person. The old link stops working.
• Mute, Remove or Ban a guest
